Tim Pike- Maintenance Manager

Career before becoming Maintenance Manager:

I was promoted internally, so I was already working as an engineer at Primex Plastics.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Maintenance Manger I am responsible for the upkeep of all site equipment and Managing the Maintenance team. This involves utilising a preventative maintenance plan, a T-Card system and managing day to day events. Using these methods, we help to keep the factory running smoothly.
