I lead the maintenance team, and together we handle everything from day-to-day repairs to planned maintenance and ongoing improvements—making sure the equipment and the building are always running smoothly.

An interesting fact about Graeme:

​I trained in Go-Kan-Ryu Karate (GKR) which is a traditional Japanese style of karate obtaining my Black belt grade in 2022.
