As Customer Service Supervisor my main responsibility is to support in the day to day running of the department to ensure we continue to give great service to all our customers. My daily duties include communication with customers, processing orders, following up quotes, and updating customers on their ongoing orders. My role requires liaising across multiple departments internally to ensure seamless order fulfilment including sales, production, and logistics - which includes booking transport when required.
An interesting fact about Sandra:
I thoroughly enjoy travelling the world and try to get away as much as possible. In the meantime I attend the gym as much as possible.
