20 Years of Service: Celebrating Michael's Service Award!

We're taking a moment to acknowledge a significant milestone for Michael Maughan, Production Operator, who is marking 20 years of service this month.

Two decades is a substantial period of employment, requiring considerable consistency and hard work. Michael has been a constant presence on the shop floor as he has managed to hit this amazing milestone without a single day missed for sickness!

Michael has been with us since the days when we operated just three production lines. Today, we have seven lines across our expanded site, and throughout that journey of growth and change, Michael’s high standards have never wavered.

We can always rely on Michael to help keep our lines running smoothly and to ensure our sheet is prepared for delivery to the high standard we’re known for. His wealth of knowledge and experience is a real asset to the team, and we’re grateful that he is always willing to share that knowledge and lend a helping hand to his colleagues.
