🥊 Primex's Ronnie Butters Steps Into the Ring for Charity! 🥊

We're incredibly proud of Ronnie Butters, one of our dedicated C Shift Extrusion Operators, who recently stepped out of the factory and into the boxing ring for a fantastic cause!

After months of training, Ronnie participated in a charity boxing event, held at the Dolphin Centre in Darlington. The atmosphere was electric, with an enthusiastic crowd cheering on the competitors.

Wearing his vest emblazoned with the Primex logo, Ronnie faced a tough opponent and although his opponent ultimately clinched the win, Ronnie was thrilled with the experience. He shared that he "thoroughly enjoyed the experience" and is keen to keep going with the training!

Ronnie’s participation wasn't just about the sport—it was about giving back. We are delighted to share that thanks to the generosity of the Primex office and shop floor staff, Ronnie managed to raise a fantastic amount for his chosen causes.

Ronnie Butters sent a special thank you:

"Just like to say a massive thank you to the Primex office and shop floor staff for the donations for charity. I managed to raise £600 for my chosen charities - Mental health, Alzheimer’s and The Dog's trust."

What an amazing effort! Furthermore, the entire event, which featured 30 dedicated boxers, collectively raised a staggering £16,900!
